Lifecycle of a stored password-reset token.
  • ISSUED — usable until expiry
  • CONSUMED — single-use; verifier already redeemed
  • EXPIRED — terminal state set on first access past expiresAt
  • REVOKED — operator-driven cancellation

Only ISSUEDCONSUMED (single-use, CWE-640) and ISSUEDEXPIRED / REVOKED are valid transitions; the reset service enforces them via CAS on the store.
